K34 B&B Milano FAQ

You can make a reservation via the ‘bedandbreakfast.co.uk’ system, which can also be accessed directly from our website (‘book’ in the main menu). Alternatively you can also book by e-mail, skype call or by phone (331 4372772).
The K34 B&B will send the confirmation immediately to the indicated e-mail address. If you do not receive the booking confirmation within 2 working days, please contact us immediately by phone. In the absence of communication from you we will assume that you have received our confirmation.

The tourist tax of 3 Euros per person, per day, is not included in the B&B rate. On the website of the Municipality of Milan you will find regulations, applications/exemptions and further information.

The B&B is a 1920s villa with rooms on the first floor and no lift.

Arrival:
Check-in is possible from 1pm to 9pm, but please advise us in advance of your arrival details. Together with the room keys we will provide you with the keys to the gate and the main entrance, allowing you to be totally independent.
Departure:
Check-out is no later than 10.30am. You can still leave your luggage, free of charge, and collect it later in the day, but we ask you to make these arrangements with us in advance.
Breakfast:
This is provided between 8am and 10am each morning. You will be served at the desired time or left with everything you need in the breakfast room.

Upon arrival, guests must provide identification to complete the P.S. card.

There are fire extinguishers, smoke detectors and a first aid kit. The security of the B&B cottage is provided by the security door and security grilles on the windows.

We pay particular attention to the environment in our hotel with a number of measures, and we have been rated Gold Level by TripAdvisor’s EcoLeader programme.

You can access the B&B’s dedicated Wi-Fi network for free from your own devices. Details and password are available in your room.

The B & B has: large windows with double-glazing thermal break, security grilles curved and riveted by hand, electric shutters, original Velux thermo-insulated skylights, parquet and mini wooden staircase access to the interior lofts, and also an intercom intercom on the floor.
Linen:
Sheets, towels and bath scales are provided. The beds are equipped with memoryfoam and feather mattresses and pillows; during the winter period we provide duvets which, in addition to maintaining the right temperature, are much more hygienic than normal blankets and allow us to offer our guests a comfortable and clean environment.
Bathrooms:
Each bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer and hand soap in a dispenser. The courtesy set includes disposable terry slippers, bubble bath, shampoo, bathing cap and hygiene set.

Guests who wish to use the room service for cleaning the room, making the beds, cleaning the bathroom, must agree on the time they will leave the premises. Bed linen (sheets, mattress cover and pillowcase cover) and bathroom linen (personal shower mat, small, medium and large towel) are replaced every 3 days. If necessary, you can request a change at any time during your stay. Without unnecessary changes of linen we can save on washing and detergents: less pollution and more respect for the environment!

Parking space in the garden is subject to availability and must be requested at the time of booking. In the street of the B&B it is possible to park for free from 20.00 to 08.00; during the day the hourly rate is 2,00 Euro. On Sundays parking is free also during the day.

Smoking is not allowed in the rooms or inside the building, but you can smoke outside in the garden or under the gazebo.
